Welcome to HairbyLashaie, LLC. I am Lashaie, a Full-Time Licensed Professional Stylist and proud owner of HairbyLashaie LLC.

At the age of 9, I found a great love and passion for hair. I began exploring this love in my mother’s kitchen after school and on weekends.

After completing High School, I obtained my Natural Hair License and continued my journey- working in the industry from North Carolina to New York. I currently have 23 years of experience in the hair industry. The joy and excitement I experience from my clients is like none other-- I know that this is my calling.
